Ingredient :
  • 50 grams of bean sprouts (discard root, brewed with boiling water, drained)
  • 150 grams of kale (cut, boiled, drained)
  • 150 grams of spinach (quotation leaves, boiled, drained)
  • 200 grams of bitter melon (seeded, boiled, drained)
  • 1 Fruit squash (boiled)
  • 1 Fruit knows (fried)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Onion (fried)
  • 3 eggs (boiled, peeled)
  • Chips and prawn crackers
 
Spices :
  • 200 grams of peanuts (fried)
  • 2 pieces of red chilli
  • 5 pieces chili
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
  • 200 cc of boiled water
 
How to cook :
  • Sauce: all sauce ingredients except boiled water, mixed and smooth diulek. after a smooth, newly boiled water enter. Stir well and cook until boiling, stirring frequently, remove from heat.
  • Mix the sauce, vegetables, tofu and tempeh (mix)
  • Serve in a bowl, add egg pieces, sprinkle with fried onions and squeeze of crackers or chips on it
 
Tips :
  • Sauce ingredients that have been mashed boiled with 350 cc may dilute coconut milk or water. This sauce is more durable because of the whole spices cooked
